Why can't I add citations to animatronic pages that don't already have them?

For some reason I can’t add citations in the parameters section on animatronic pages unless a citation is already there.Oddly enough it only gives me 2 options,credits and download link,which I’m farley certain are meant for showtape pages.Any help?

Ok one last question how do I rename a page?

I want to complete the page on the CEI "Hippo (Animatronic)"from the never completed Jungle Juke Band.But her name is obvisly not Hippo it’s “Nellie (of the Nile)”
