June 6th’s Volo Rock A Fire event happened, with appearances from Aaron and the voice cast of the Rock A Fire, The First FULL Rock A Fire show in decades, and uh, I think I’m forgetting something, oh Yeah, HUGE AMOUNTS of AI GENERATED MATERIAL (Not in the actual Showtape thankfully)
As For the Actual Event, I heard it was either fun or weird, and I’ve heard mostly positive things about the Showtape
Sadly, Majority of the event’s aftermath came with the AI Slop drama

Volo not only has a HUGE amount of AI generated products, including the Official record, but It’s also DIRECTLY copied from Dave Thomas, a Dead Man, a Man who worked his life to art for CEI & The RAE. All of this apparently the doing of Animatronics Workshop & Aaron himself (This is alleged but seems to be the most likely one). Both have been known for the use of horrid AI before, but I think this hit the fandom a LOT harder. Sorry for this mini rant, this is Just REALLY disappointing.
this is still ongoing, so don’t take any of this as concrete, but it’ does show a pretty bad trend within the community of figure heads using Gen AI.
