If anyone remembers mid-late 2023, there was a series of months we did either lost media searches, or wiki help projects. One of the most successful was a month focusing on Artifact Shelves, where we really all took the time to understand how they worked, which locations got what, and document all the posters and figures.
January 2026: Merchandise & Products!
We’re bringing that back, this month is focusing on merch! There was a discussion in the Discord over the lack of basically any list in the entire fandom after we struggled to identify this coin bank from @pttsquad
What is there currently?
Well not much. ShowBiz items have been added just based off what was on showbizpizza.com, and there are some decently put together articles like 1978 Chuck Mask, RAE Record I, I’m Da Greatest Record, CEC Funko POP!, and Bootacular Chuck Plush. Basically any CEC merch is nonexistant, especially Avenger and Rockstar era which should be easier to document!
How can I help?
If you’re intimidated by the wiki, the least you can do is point out what’s missing. If you wanna compile just lists of titles like “2006 Plushes: this, this, this”, I will happily move those into empty pages so they’re atleast a start. Do some Google Sheets if you wanna document stuff like prices and stuff! If you wanna find scans and other good images of merch reply with those too- just say exactly which variant it is so it goes to the right page.
Otherwise if you’re an editor do what you can to add new pages, add in images, and write articles for any super interesting stuff. The main focus is getting a title listed, giving it a proper date range, and an image!
