This is the w.i.p list of known Shelf upgrades (which was when Shelves had their outer walls and Portraits removed)
This does not include Lake Forest (As of right now) as that stage was converted after 1985 and while it kept the stage shape and bot platform, it added a new façade instead of removing any like the PTT ones did
