Reproduction PTT Chuck Vests Fabrics + Showbiz Misc

Here are a few reproduction PTT vests I’ve been working on, for use in restoration/refurb/conversion projects, or simply redressing a worn-out Chuck.

These aren’t final yet, and I have another brown vest sample on the way, along with some Rock-afire fabrics I’ll list below. For now, here is an image of the current selection.

This is really impressive and your recreations look high quality. I know many characters could use a refresh with brand new fabric. Also, I especially like the drawings for the bow tie instructions.

Klunk tie made using my kit.

It is 11” - 12” wide and made of 100% cotton, specifically structured and stiff so it can be posed properly, and will not lose its shape once positioned. You could starch the tie afterward if you wanted extra security.
