This doesn’t have a story for it, I just kind of figured it out while I was going along. The Theory is that Dr Quack is based off of Dr Dux (the nickname for the Diagnostics Director & Most Likely Early Showtape Programmer, Don’t know their actually name sorry). here’s the evidence:
- 1: ‘Dr Quack’ is obviously very similar to ‘Dr Dux’, especially despite Dr Quack being a sailor.
- 2: The 2 pictures of the bot, even if blurry, have headphones, which would be worn by The Show programmer to listen to the song clearly.
