Do we think the gas prices are going to be what kills CEC?

Not only have the prices made it less appealing for customers to go places, its also raised the cost of everything that’s shipped to CEC stores. We’re heading into the Summer where CEC hinges their business on, but also likely the highest cost for gas as Summer blends will hit in June with no plans for the war stopping.

Is the company going to be able to hold out this time and actually make it to 50 years?

Gas prices are going to be what kills everything rn tbh lol. I personally think we’re about to lose a lot of entertainment chains to the issues with the economy + doing things on the internet being more accessible.

I think they will probably make it to the 50th but will definitely peter out in the next 5-10 years max and this will definitely be a factor in it..
