This is a New formerly unknown PTT that was planned in 1983 to be the second PTT in the state after Waterbury. It apparently would have featured The Beagles & The King.
After Some research I was able to figure out it was intended to be in what was now once the Silver Lane Plaza on 888 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT.
