Wanted to start a thread for the leadup to next year’s BillyCon 7. What are your hopes for what it does different from last year? Are you gonna be going? Any cool stuff that’s gonna be brought?
The only thing we know about it is that they’re gonna try and get Aaron to show up. [source] And given the trajectory of the cons its likely going to have an even higher attendance (unless the economy gets any shakier).
I’m gonna try and attend this one, finally in a financial position to actually go somewhere for once!

@sudo-trans-pony I was an attendee of BillyCon V and BillyCon VI. Depending on when they plan on hosting VII, I’m REALLY hoping I can go again since this next summer we have plans in the middle of July.
Speaking of attendance, I remember thinking V had a lot of people, but VI had like, what, dozens more?? It’s such a popular convention in Barboursville that even the employees at the Hampton Inn up the street know about it and assume guests are staying for it!

i hope the vip package doesnt suck. they hyped it up like youd get some crazy BTS things from it, but as of like right now they only released the “first stage” of the 4 part releases after 2 months of buying it and the convention ending. kinda pisses me off knowing i paid for it and all we got was some shitty google drive with not-needed things from it.

it was 50 dollars. the BTS things was the only downside of the whole thing, but everyone else was great. ive gotten it for the 24 and 25 one.
usually they include bracelets, free t-shirts, some tokens, lanyard, backstage tours, cheaper show requests, free VIP seating (only the 25 one), and then sometimes so other stuff if it isnt listed.
id totally reccomened once you find out what exactly is it in for the 27 one before purchasing.
