One of the next Adventure Worlds is set to open in BayTowne Plaza in Webster, New York. Its set to be in a 13,398 sqft. Its not listed what the exact store is, and the Google Maps data isn’t helpful as it seems shops go in and out pretty frequently.
I’ve measured a lot of the area to see what buildings line up with 13,400 sqft. The closest I’ve found is this lot on the north-west region, but that depends on them taking up basically the entire area with the red exterior which is 2-3 shops. There’s no singular building that matches the square footage without being like 15-19k sqft, so its seemingly multiple lots regardless. Given its a (former?) Planet Fitness it would probably track with what they might need permit-wise.
