Yesterday a leak randomly showed up for an upcoming CEC TV show. The show will consist of general 11 minute episodes, but include multiple 44 minute specials. The pilot episode will be a Christmas special.
Here is the link to the entire bible, and it's worth a read from front to back. The characters keep their general Rockstar era personalities, but are much more fine tuned from one-note mascots to characters that have reasons to bounce off eachother and complicate situations for the show.
Notably the show leans away from established lore, locations, interactions, ect. CEC locations don't exist and instead the CEC crew live in a cot above Pasqually's pizza restaurant he runs solely. The restaurant strays completely away from the CEC store vibe outside of a small pinball/arcade room. Notably the exterior also includes references to the first location's address and opening date- but all other backgrounds keep objects focused on what the characters would use rather than cramming things full of references. It's definitely wanting to keep it's unique identity front and center.
The writers, producers, and artists on here are also nothing to sneeze at. From their job history they've worked for Netflix and Disney animation, notable for credits on Phineas & Ferb and the 2013 Mickey Mouse shorts.
The producer also is connected to 'HappyNest Entertainment', which specializes in building show bibles like this for upcoming series. This is most likely the place CEC contracted to produce this.
Through my own contacts I am aware that this show's planning has been in the works for atleast a year, though CEC has been talking for a long time about wanting to expand into series and movies and such. This leak also came bundled with a set of casting sheets for the upcoming pilot. Notably these are for side characters, but also Pasqually and Bella, who seem to be getting replaced. It is unclear if this is all of the casting sheets or not, so it's possible the other main characters will retain their current VA's- or we just haven't seen their sheets yet.
The series' first pilot is set to debut for November of 2025, and giving the casting calls it is likely in direct production now under an unknown animation company.
